I had the pleasure of working with Lucia as we stood up the Veritas business to spin out from Symantec, in late 2015. Lucia was moved from a leadership role for Brazil, to a theater wide leadership responsibility across LATAM. Lucia is an excellent sales leader, with a great ability to recruit and develop top talent. She surrounded herself with good people, and was not afraid to make the necessary decisions to upgrade talent where needed. She created an extremely positive culture where her team members enjoyed working and wanted to perform. She is active with the customer and partner base, and has deep and long standing relationships across the territory. Her character is unquestionable, and she leads with care. Given the opportunity to work with Lucia again, I would not hesitate.
