• Provide Technical Support to the National Product Supply Chain Management Programme (NPSCMP) in monitoring the quality and completeness of data for documenting project performance and ensuring data use for evidence-based decision making. • Provide Technical Support to the NPSCMP M&E unit to design, test and implement data collection tools for collection of quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • Provide Technical support to NPSCMP to compile and analyze data from National level surveys and assessments including Integrated Monitoring and Supervisory Visits, LMCU assessments, and support the project technical team in reporting on the KPIs and presenting recommendations for improvements in implementation. • Provide Technical Assistance to NPSCMP in the monitoring of the quality and completeness of logistics data in the National Health Logistics Management (NHLMIS) software to track state data entry and logistics performance. • Support central collaboration efforts between Government of Nigeria (GoN), donors and relevant Stakeholders in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) activities at National and State level and develop strategies and tools to foster collaboration in procurement planning, shipment tracking, distribution, monitoring and supervision, LMIS reporting & information management. • Build capacity of the NPSCMP staff on Monitoring and Evaluation processes Show less
