Since 2017, I'm a Photographer's assistant at Dog Shows and Dance events. My collaboration allows a constant presence at the computer station for clients and information. I use English, Spanish, and Italian for communication. I translate and interpret, give Italian language advice to the photographer (who's from Argentina). I also proofread and edit anything he writes. Since 2017, I'm a Photographer's assistant at Dog Shows and Dance events. As a Language specialist and Linguist, I've been giving English and Spanish conversation lessons for as long as I can remember. I've helped many students improve their fluency and achieve their language goals, prepare for a trip in an English or Spanish-speaking country or just improve school grades. As a freelance translator and graduate of IULM University, I was given the role of creating a team to translate the subtitles into English, Italian, Spanish, and French for the online Italian event "Fare Cinema (2020)". The project aimed at promoting Italian culture worldwide with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. I managed the translation project by organising and dividing the work among the translators and appointing and checking in with revisors. Show less

While working at Miriam's Glass Fusing Art School, I began collaborating with her as a Language Specialist. The School holds Glass Fusing classes for international students in English, Italian, and Spanish, and I worked on the translation class schedules and programmes for the website. My close relationship to the artist also allowed me the honour to become the Artist's assistant and Interpret during her courses. This internship marked the first professional contact with an Art magazine as a translation student. As a translator of articles and news from English to Italian, I worked in a team with other translators. We received the English texts once or twice a week and organized the work to meet delivery deadlines. I provided leadership to the group and helped colleagues when in need. At the end of the work experience, our contact person, Federica Fontana, said that we had been one of the best teams they had worked with. Show less

Back in Italy, I was in charge of Data collection and Data entry for inventories that Progel carried out for Regional municipalities. My job was to transcribe hand-written data and occasionally travel to the towns and physically make an inventory of town properties. I became very quick and passionate about setting a standard for description consistency. My partner and I took worked for a Toll contractor in the tropical city of Darwin. We were given major responsibilities in managing the runs for deliveries and pickups, which we did during the day, and at night we did the newspaper run to local suburbs and to the remote Jabiru. I took myself to the limits and learned a lot about my personality. My partner and I took worked for a Toll contractor in the tropical city of Darwin. From 2013 to 2015, my partner and I went on a Work & Holiday Visa to Australia. I stepped out of my comfort zone and undertook some farm work like cow-milking and fruit-picking for the harvest. The result was that I understood that I wasn't really good at those jobs, but I returned to Italy with a deeper knowledge of Australian culture and English. I did learn new and unexpected things about myself though, like my love for camping and outdoor life. From 2013 to 2015, my partner and I went on a Work & Holiday Visa to Australia. While studying languages at University, I started working for this company at the Milano Malpensa (Airport) offices. In 2011, I was a seasonal worker for 4 months, in 2012 for 6 months, and in 2013 for 8 months. Every year, the managers would call me again because of my language and interpersonal skills. I learned to solve complex problems and learned customer service in an active environment. As Rental Sales Agents, we had a fixed income plus bonuses, and managers were satisfied with my results. I had a quick and comprehensive understanding of the Avis operating system (Wizard/Fildo) and a notebook filled with commands and references that would serve as a reminder for many less experienced colleagues. I started living on my own when I turned 18, and I supported myself through the end of High School and through the rest of my studies. During my first work experience as an Ice cream seller, I realised I had an outstanding sense of duty. I never missed a day's work. I eventually learned how to make ice cream and I was given more and more responsibilities.
