I appreciate the opportunity to tell my story of working with Luci. Her patience and knowledge of the housing market were key to our flawless experience. She was honest about the speed of the market and not listing our home before we were 100% sure we were dedicated to moving, which we weren't. Selling was a passive thought based on interest rates and the return we'd get on our home. She drove my husband and I around the east valley two separate Saturdays looking at homes until we decided we were good where we are (such patience). The next suggestion, renovate. If you're going to stay for some time and you're refinancing, why not transform your home the way you want. Luci transitioned from my realtor to my Project Manager. She set up walk throughs for contractors, secured one, wrote the contracts, found materials, drew up designs after managing to interpret my vision (bless her), managed the schedule, and alot of that was done while I was out of town for a family emergency. She took care of everything. Not having to worry about a home project during that time was priceless and more than what I could've ever asked for. Our home is just the way we envisioned it; I couldn't be happier with the results. For anyone interested in selling their home or updating and investing in their current home, reach out to Luci.
