I began as an Organizer and then a Coordinator with New Era Colorado during the 2020 election season. Our Denver Field Team registered 522 voters, distributed 26,700 voter guides, conducted 141 virtual voter registration class sessions, engaged with over 200,00 voters over the phone, and walked 500 voters to the polls for the 2020 General Election. As a Coordinator, I created and led a large volunteer program with Colorado College, managed a team of organizers, led our team's field events, and conducted regular meetings. New Era's work this year took innovation as we worked hard to find new solutions to political organizing work in the time of COVID-19.

Operations Manager of Campus Music Festival Planning Committee

Organize and plan the annual arts and music festival, Llamapalooza, which takes place at Colorado College each spring. The position requires collaboration with both the student body and the administration as well as professional communication within the entertainment and food industries.

Ski Instructor

Taught groups of kids ages 4-6, working closely with other instructors and other employees of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Learned more on how to communicate well and efficiently with people of different ages.

Farm Apprentice

Worked closely with the owners of the farm to plant, maintain and harvest our crops and learned a great deal about the trial and error of farming, especially organic farming. Gained an understanding of crop rotation, seasonal organization, and the market for our produce.

Laboratory Intern

Prepped and analyzed of microscope slides of whale epidermis. Learned importance of lab etiquette and methodology, as well as personal accountability and persistence. Gained a great deal of experience with trial and error in the early stage of prep methodology. Also spent time working as a team with the other members of the lab towards a common goal.
