  With radical, visionary leadership by Margaret Jeffries, Project Lyttelton was a cutting-edge community development nonprofit where a large number of community-led projects came to fruition on a shoestring budget. I worked as Events Manager, General Manager and Farmers Market Development Manager over a five year period, managing such large projects at the Lyttelton Festival of Lights and small projects as the waste minimisation inititative.
