I've known Lucette for many years - she was our key support person when I was in agency recruitment, and subsequently worked alongside me in my role at PwC. Lucette is an extremely strong relationship builder - she takes the time to get to know people on a personal level and people naturally warm to her approach. She's also extremely efficient and process oriented and can get through work like noone! Lucette comes at tasks from a process improvement perspective and very quickly becomes the person others turn to for guidance on process and protocol. She certainly made our lives easier in recruitment by bridging the gap with generalist HR. I really enjoyed working with Lucette on both occasions in the past and hope I'll have the opportunity again in the future!
