As shiftleader, i'm responsible for the proper functioning of my team of energiefixers. As energiefixer myself, I help households to make the transition to a more sustainable life. In doing this, I found several opportunities for improvement, drafted a guide for junior advisors and had the opportunity to join and assist senior advisors on client visits. This started as a summer job with supervision from one or more experienced colleagues. After my summer contract ended, I was offered a permanent position as my colleagues and supervisors were very content with the quality of and dedication to my work there.
