  - As a Tech Lead, I'm responsible for guiding and mentoring more inexperienced developers on their soft and hard-skills issues. To help them with their technical development, I like to have some code sessions where we dive into the code together, or I often send them some blog posts or references that will unblock and enlighten them. For the soft skills, we have regular 1:1 sessions where we can discuss their daily routine, involving any potential technical or personal concerns they might have throughout the week. From this conversation, I can give them some suggestions and advice based on my previous experience and the readings I made. - I am also exposed to the customers in some projects, where sometimes I have to contact them to analyze, understand their necessities and gather requirements. To deliver what they need, the outcome of this interaction is a further technical discussion I have with my team to achieve the committed deliveries.- I’m also responsible for organizing quarterly tech talks where the objective is to stimulate the developers to share knowledge among them.- Whenever it is necessary for the recruitment process, I take part in analyzing candidates' profiles, their CVs and conducting technical interviews.

  - As a front-end developer, I’m very concerned about developing every application following the best practices, thinking about maintainability, scalability, and the next developer who works on that project won’t have problems understanding what I did.- While working for a B2B company, I had the opportunity to work on different kinds of projects, and it allowed me to work with various technologies. For web and mobile applications, I’ve worked with React, React Native, Styled Components, Redux, GraphQL, Apollo, React Query, NextJs, TypeScript and some testing libraries such as Jest, Cypress and React Testing Library.- I also have contact with backend technologies since sometimes I have to work on API development and integration. The main technologies I use are NodeJs, NestJs, Prisma, MongoDB and AWS services.

  - During the time I worked for Ambev, the biggest company in Latin America, I was the principal front-end developer. This role allowed me to mentor the inexperienced developers in the teams I worked in.- I worked on developing different web applications to manage the manufacture and distribution of beer. Those applications were written in React, Styled Components, Redux and SignalR for real-time. As some applications were globally used,I was also responsible for ensuring that the system had multi-language support.- Furthermore, I also worked alongside the UX/UI to create a UI library to standardize application interfaces. Because we used the atomic design pattern, the time taken to deliver new features was significantly reduced. Hence, this UI components library became vital for the company since it managed to focus the development time on business rules instead of coding standard UI controls.- As well as technical duties, I supported my manager in hiring new front-end developers, where my responsibilities were to create technical questions and challenges.
