I have seen Lucas grow exponentially over the years. With his utmost ability to solve almost all kinds of technical problems to leading teams with heartwarming attitude. Both working with him and under his leadership has been an honour to me. If you are looking for one guy to all your iOS needs, Lucas is your man. I highly recommend Lucas and hope to have an opportunity to get to work with him yet again.

With Lucas I had the pleasure or working together with for a duration of roughly 5 years during my stay at Whitespectre, and boy was it an experience to say at least. During those years we managed to collaborate on several different projects and on various teams. While I'm not directly qualified when it comes to assessing Lucas's development skills as a Software Engineer, indirectly I can say this. From what I've seen and heard from fellow developers and technical leaders, which both me and Lucas worked with. It's clear to me that Lucas is a very gifted individual when it comes to developing / coding, both in terms of code quality and productive velocity. Interesting fact is that Lucas at one point in time evolved / grew into the role of a Technical Leader / Technical Delivery Manager without anyone thinking much about it, it just seem to come naturally to him. Shortly after it was actually announced that officially, it would be his title for then on. As a person, Lucas is blessed with a very capable and technical mind. That in combination with that he's humble, focused, and thinks twice before jumping to any kind of conclusions, makes him a Technical Leader / Delivery Manager that any organisation would be fortunate to have. He's also smart, proactive, flexible enough to get hands on in any project/team you assign him to, and above everything he is indeed a great human being with wonderful soft skills. Always gives his colleagues time to explain themselves, and really listens and takes into account their ideas / thoughts. Working remotely is something that Lucas does flawlessly. He's punctual, pays attention on the team meetings and contributes to discussions when / where he is able to. (which is a fortunate thing since this happens often) He understands all the basic stuff really well, like for example the online presence of oneself, and how to "do" that in a good manner. It becomes a sheer pleasure to have him on any team meeting. Over the years working together with Lucas, he has demonstrated that he understands and enacts upon everything with regards to the Agile methodology (Scrum framework) which we used in the organisation, and with our (client) teams. The dedication of getting the job done from Lucas's side, made the day-to-day work a breeze for his colleges. All in all, an awesome leader and team player. Lucas is also a superb communicator when it comes to the everyday (online) communication, be it with the internal or the client / stakeholder team. I have no doubt in my mind that Lucas would be a huge asset to any (Scrum) team / organisation. Especially when it comes to remote work since, in that field he has accumulated a lot of experience, and knows how to perform it really well. All the best and hope to work with you again in the future Lucas!
