Taught Year 9 History class about the Victorian Gold Rush and the development of Melbourne into a modern city during the 1800s, concluding with supervising an assessment. Taught Year 11 History about the invasion of Poland in 1939 and Japan’s invasion of mainland Asia preceding World War 2. VCAL Literacy was an experience in adapting to diverse learning needs as well as difficult classroom behaviour. Year 8 Construct is a pre-VCAL junior-school stream that allows behaviourally-challenged students to develop construction skills that benefit the school.
