  I worked with a team to create and present a new marketing campaign and materials for McGraw. Developed a marketing plan for McGraw Conglomerate from the ground up. This included: Two flyers, promotional video, social media pages, written plan, radio ad, and a slogan. I also did cold calling and researched potential companies for acquisition. This included discussing acquisition, and inviting them to a showcase of our company. I talked to 70 perspective clients over a week of doing cold calling. At our business showcase I helped to present our company and showcase the marketing material my team created. I also presented the marketing plan and materials in front of the board at McGraw who really enjoyed our work. It helped to get an understanding of working in a growing company. Show less

  I have been promoted from a Lifeguard to a Head Guard. I also am a Swim Instructor to children and adults. I was Responsible of running a team of lifeguards. This included making sure they rotate on time, and making sure they are performing all their daily duties. I helped grow interest in our programs by engaging with club members and encouraging them to sign up for classes like swim lessons or water aerobics.
