Investigated catalytic mechanisms of Cp*Iridium complexes, synthesizing and characterizing multiple organometallic complexes for catalysis. Additionally, designed and conducted series of catalytic trials to investigate activity in chemical water oxidation and transfer-hydrogenation, analyzing catalytic activity through 1H- and 13C-NMR, UV-Vis, and mass spectrometry.

Investigated the dielectric properties of Layer-by-Layer (LbL) films, fabricating and incorporating PEO/PAA LbL films into plate capacitors. The capacitors were studied via cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. Additionally, edited articles on activated PEO Layer-by-Layer films for publication.
