I undertook this temporary role on the launch of Tower 11 until the CPC recruited into the role. I also supported the Personal Care and the Medical Pulp and Macerator OJEU framework tenders in particular at the evaluation stage. I re-negotiated the Trust mobile phone contract dealing with internal stakeholders and the external provider. The contract has been re-shaped to reflect current connection volumes, allow for churn with no penalty and includes a sizeable equipment credit. The contracted spend figure has been reduced by 30%.
