The CEO would filter candidates' resumes through me, which I would then edit and customize to fit templates provided by the company. Once completed, these resumes would then need to be uploaded to an electronic database housing all candidate resumes. Finally, within the final year of my work at TNG, I was also given the responsibility of calling the candidates - whose resumes I had been editiing and uploading - in order to arrange times and dates of their first interviews.
