Claudia Bell

Lucas is an incredibly driven, astute and analytical person, and was a valuable member of the UN Advocacy team at International Crisis Group. He is particularly brilliant when working collaboratively, and continuously takes initiative to contribute to the wider strategic goals of both the team and the organisation. He is also very reliable and organised, and often offered to share the workload when his schedule allowed for it. He has solid knowledge of the peace and security field and a thirst to know more. I have no doubt that he will succeed in whatever he puts his mind to. It was a pleasure working with him.
