Carry out morning show prep - clearing and setting up sets, morning "check through" of admin, of safety and general prep of event space, turning on tech (projectors, lights, props, A/V cueing software and receiving console, radios), test technical cues - ensuring audio, projection and lighting is running (sometimes adjusting volume, lights or video cues depending on show-specifics), running morning briefing with production team and cast - outlining the schedule for the day, need-to-knows, admin notes, safety information and any other notes regarding the show. Lead the Front of House team, Assistant Stage Manager, acting cast and Lead Facilitators throughout the day, organising show schedule based on number of participants, and specific performance details. Responsible for time-management. As Technical Stage Manager, it is my duty to keep the entire crew informed of performance durations, participant lunch durations, actors' breaks, show times, workshop durations and end times. As one of the appointed Emergency First Aid and Fire Marshall wardens, I must be cautious of Health and Safety, on-site, at all times.
