Teaching students of all ages with different musical abilities and potential is extremely rewarding. Watching each student thrive and grow understanding the theory of music and how to execute each note, knowing that they are learning a lifelong art is powerful. I am currently teaching: Violin, Viola, Voice, Piano, Cello, and Bass along with music theory class. My students have performed at the ATAM Festival, earning awards each year. As the church pivoted to online/virtual services, I was hired to execute a seamless production for each worship service. The production of each service involves setting up videography equipment, streaming services and monitoring each event. It's great to work in a new industry and learn the aspects of hard cider production while being focused on customer service. It's great to work in a new industry and learn the aspects of hard cider production while being focused on customer service.

Customer service within any industry is vital, even more so within the restaurant industry. In this position I was responsible for order processing, delivery and fielding customer inquiries and concerns. I was also tasked with closing the restaurant at the end of each shift. Working at the Gordon College Bookstore was a great opportunity for me to move away from my class schedule and learn more about the strategies behind supply chain within the publishing industry. My responsibilities increased with my performance and as an 'unofficial manager' I was tasked with opening and closing the store, as well as filling in when the manager was off duty. While managing the staff I learned that training and setting expectations is key to high performance. Additional responsibilities were filling and processing online orders and customer service.
