I worked closely with Zhen Hao in plenty of volunteering and career-related events. He illustrates excellent leadership when leading and co-leading in various Careers Services and Microsoft events. I am impressed with his fast reaction and resiliency when dealing with uncertainties in an event. For example, when he was the squad leader in Modern Workplace Squad, he created an online recruitment system to replace the old system used for physical recruitment; the system created is consistently used during the pandemic. Besides, I also worked with him in the UFLL business case study contest, he always thinks out-of-box by providing innovative and workable ideas along the journey. I enjoyed working with him as he is also able to motivate people to accomplish the goal.

Zhen Hao is one of my students for two subjects. During class, he is always proactive to ask and very engage in-class participation. He also keeps on looking to improve on himself as he is involved in volunteering activities, competitions and mentorship.
