Manage operations, budget and performance of Sales team composed of six Local Account Executives. Oversee and monitor KPIs of distributor partners. Create and execute all incentive programs across Sales teams. Create and manage brands pricing in line with profit margins. Daily monitoring and managing of inventory. Communicate YTD sales against goals and national account and chain programs to our distributor partners. Manage purchase orders, import logistics and special customer requests outside of standard portfolio.
