I worked with Luca during my time with Outcomex in both Sydney and Melbourne. Luca was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was instrumental in quite a few customers wins during my time with Outcomex. He possesses both brilliant technical and commercially savvy and is a brilliant team player. I cannot recommend Luca more highly.

Riccardo Melen

I have known Luca during his three years undergraduate studies. I have been his professor in three courses (Computer Architecture, Operating Systems and Telecommunication Services), and later on I have been his thesis advisor. His performance in my courses has been excellent: from a comparison with the students of the same year, it comes out that he has been consistently in the top 5%-10% of his classmates. Beyond my exams, his undergraduate career has been very good as well, and he has been certainly among our best students of his year. I had the opportunity to evaluate thoroughly his capacity during the thesis, which was carried out as part of a project aimed at developing a software platform for collecting and analyzing security information within an environment which monitors both IT and physical security events. His specific contribution was in the design and implementation of a protocol for alert distribution. The work required both a good understanding of a complex application environment and the technicalskills needed to obtain an efficient implementation of a network protocol. The results were technically sound and obtained in due time. I am positively impressed by his motivations, and his determination in getting the best opportunities for his education

My responsibilities in the Telco Laboratory included the development of a software architecture and a communications protocol suitable for the distribution of events by means of devices (sensors, television cameras). The work that has been done will allow the laboratory to develop new technologies based on my architecture and to standardize communication through the formalizing of my protocol. I tutored students from the Università degli Studi di Milano -Bicocca , preparing them to sit exams in various degree programmes. Many of my students were from the School of Economics and I tutored them in the C programming language, in SQL (Structured Query Language) and in Boolean algebra. I taught other students from the Masters Degree programme in Marketing and Global Markets, principally instructing them in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
