Project Finance Important contribution in the regulatory analysis, elaboration, negotiation and execution of the finance documents of the following projects: Sistema Produtor de São Lourenço Public-Private Partnership owned by the Sewage Company of the State of São Paulo (Companhia de Saneamento do Estado de São Paulo – SABESP). The finance of the project was in the total amount of R$2.6billion and is worth noting that it was sanctioned and signed by the former president Dilma Rousseff during a severe drought crisis in 2014-2016 that affected thousands of citizens by suspending their water supply. Companhia de Saneamento do Tocantins – Saneatins Concessionaire of water supply and sewage services to 47 municipalities in the Brazilian state of Tocantins. The finance of the project was in the total amount of R$588million. Zona Oeste Mais Saneamento Concessionaire for the services of collection and treatment of sewage of the Área de Planejamento 5 (AP-5) of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. The finance of the project was in the total amount of R$610million. Saneaqua Mairinque Concessionaire of water supply and sewage services to the municipality of Mairinque in the State of São Paulo. BRK Ambiental Participações Concession projects owned by Odebrecht Ambiental S.A. at the Metropolitan Region of Recife and Goiania in the State of Pernambuco and the cities of Macaé and Limeira in the State of São Paulo. Santo Antonio Hyrdoelectric Power Plant (Usina Hidroelétrica de Santo Antônio) Construction and expansion of the Santo Antonio Hydroelectric Power Plant (Usina Hidroelétrica de Santo Antônio), sixth largest power plant in Brazil with the total capacity of 3.150,4 MW, in an aggregate principal amount of approximately R$950million. Ocyan (Odebrecht Oil and Gas) Financing of 3 (three) floating production, storage and offloading units (FPSO) from Ocyan, largest infrastructure conglomerate in Brazil, in an aggregate principal amount of approximately U.S.$500 million.
