Pregmune is a reproductive health technology company which is revolutionizing fertility care by applying artificial intelligence, data science and reproductive immunology to identify often-overlooked causes of infertility. I am currently working in a team of physicians, clinicians, researchers, data scientists and technology experts for developing an AI-generated estimation of the likelihood that patient and her partner will have a successful pregnancy while following our recommendations and a personalized treatment plan. The AI-based proprietary model analyzes more than fifty different attributes including patient history, laboratory test results and patient demographics. My main activities focus on infrastructure management and services deployment. I designed the new company information system and deployed the software components for data analysis and results presentation using a modern technology stack, based on both RESTful API and microservice architecture. Main tasks and achievements: – Design of a general purpose data structure for patient’s data retrieval and analysis – Design and development of microservices for data retrieval and data visualization – Design of RESTful APIs for microservices operations – Infrastructure as a code: Deploy and management of resources and services on MS Azure cloud platform using Terraform – Embrace Agile principles for effective teamwork – Main technologies: Azure Cloud Platform, Azure DevOps, GIT, Jira, Confluence, Terraform, Python, Javascript, Docker, Kubernetes, MSSQL Server, SQLAlchemy, VM, RESTful API, FastAPI, Swagger, Postman.

Research activity focused on nano-scale networking and communications. Fullstack developer of BiNS2 Simulation Framework: a fine grained simulation environment of molecular interactions in different biological scenarios, modeling drug delivery systems and pathogens detection systems. Main tasks and achievements: - Analysis of nanoscale molecular communications inside wet physical environments (i.e. free diffusion and drag diffusion) for targeted drug delivery and for pathogens detection. - Performance evaluation of nanonetworks in wet environments under different constraints. - Design and development of a network tool for remote management of distributed devices.

During my activity as a PhD candidate I joined to the Spanish research team to contribute to the 'Discrete Resource Constrained Networking' for molecular communications. I was responsible for the research activity focused on Ca++ intracellular communications. I designed, simulated and analysed data coming from simulated biological scenarios using the 'BiNS2 Simulation Framework' developed during my research activity at the University of Perugia, Italy.
