Brought in to turn around the sales operations following the housing collapse and crisis of 2007-2009. Grew sales 3x from 2010 to 2015 while improving gross margins. Introduced modular (CA-FBH) manufacturing in addition to the manufactured housing (HUD) manufacturing to enable growth and improve gross profit margins. Built the business’ first steel frame home, first home sent to Hawaii, and first 2-story home to assist with expanding the addressable market. Established a manufacturing process that allowed mass customization within a standard manufacturing process for custom designed HUD and CA-FBH homes.

Oversaw day to day operations to ensure profitability. Developed financial and operating models utilized by senior management to analyze financial risks associated with variances in key profitability drivers, resulting in higher level of transparency, real time knowledge of current performance, and increased ability to plan for key cost drivers. Participated in generating multi-year manufacturing agreement for Boeing 737. Assisted clients evaluate products and critical design features and led implementation for design of critical tooling components and processes. Improved overall cash flow by reducing delinquent deliveries and process cycle time. Reduced WIP levels through design and implementation of process-based manufacturing approach and focusing on key profitability drivers.
