I first met Luca Sari in 2011, when he moved to Singapore and started up his own IT Service Provider, and I have been cooperating with him since then. Luca funded, owns and works for 2S-Tech Pte Ltd which has its main office in Singapore, but also has a strong presence in the UAE and in Switzerland. He oversees both the technical and the administrative areas, in direct contact with his partner. Over our 6 years’ partnership, I saw his growth and development, principally thanks to his knowledge and know-how, but also a good business track record and a strong and respectful relationship with both partners and clients.
