  Secretary of the XXVIII Board of Administration.Every year we organize different events in order to promote the internationalization of our university and to bring students, companies and universities closer. My responsibilities are to coordinate the IT TEAM and the LOGISTICS of each event. To do this I also designed a web-app for managing the warehouse, moving materials and the responsibilities/tasks of the members (70 active members, all students of Politecnico di Torino)The Secretary also deals with all the bureaucratic issues, takes care of the official associations documents, verbalizes the official assemblies of the members, takes care of the maintainance of the media communication and of meeting deadlines. Different cultures, languages and ways of seeing the world have the opportunity to gather for a week in one single city to live unique experiences.
