Luc always was ready to give a helping hand, to find a solution if the unexpected occurred but also trusted his staff of Basketball Operations and gave them a lot of freedom to let them manage there own department within the Basketball Operations Department of the HBW, but when called upon, he performed brilliant despite the huge amount of pressure we had to deal with during those tournaments.
