Amankora, Bhutan, is a hotel from the group Aman Resorts and is divided in five properties around the country. The main lodge is located near the airport city, Paro. Smaller lodges are located in Thimphu, Punakha, Bumthang and Gangtey. Five lodges separated by more than five driving hours need a very specific logistic. By assisting the F&B Manager, I was helping on the staff trainings, especially during the low season. Improving wine sales was our top priority, this is why I conducted a details oriented wine training with the local staff. Improving the restaurant financial results was also part of my summer project, as helping in the dining room during the high season.
