  Au sein de la BU Business Consulting d'Aubay, ESN en fort développement, j'ai effectué deux missions "client"​ au cours de ce stage de fin d'études :- RATP [3 mois] : Formalisation et analyse du processus de gestion des ventes du réseau espace ferré « De l’acte d’achat ou de SAV par un usager à sa comptabilisation »En accompagnement d'un consultant senior, notre mission s'est déroulée en trois phases : -> Cartographier le processus existant et ses procédures (selon la notation BPMN) -> Produire une analyse critique : identifier les points de contrôle et les problématiques rencontrées -> Documenter et partager le processus avec l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués- Euler Hermes [3 mois] : Etude des besoins de pilotage des activités au sein de la Direction de l'Organisation et mise en place de solutionsPlacé en autonomie au sein de la Direction des Opérations ma mission s'est décomposée en deux phases : -> Analyse du processus de pilotage des activités (état des lieux et analyse critique) -> Proposition et mise en place d'un processus cible

  Softwares for design and simulation of integrated circuits - Tools for analog and mixed-signal verification (worked on Eldo RF, Questa ADMS and ICAnalyst) Directly in relationship with engineers of customer companies, my role was to provide them a technical support on Mentor Graphics softwares. This close relationship also involved direct promotion of the softwares, e.g. I was asked to make a demonstration at a manufacturer of integrated circuits of a regression tool.My task was also to identify urgent and/or potential customer needs, in order to either offer them a solution or to set specifications for product improvements (in close collaboration with marketing and R&D services of Mentor Graphics).

  Research and development of a solution on an analog integrated circuit simulator. Within the R&D departement of the software division of Mentor Graphics for simulations and verifications of integrated circuits, my internship was divided into two main stages: - Literature search on a modeling method to enhance performance of simulations of PLL circuits (Phase-locked loop) and defining the methodology to be followed in the existing tool: Eldo RF - Implementation and testing of the algorithms in this simulator
