It was the biggest implementation project in WBI history, concerning the implementation team size, the delivery complexity and the finance balance. BMW (2008) – rollout and localization of Incadea BMW layer for AWT Tempus Bavaria companies (Bratislava a Banska Bystrica), and for T.O.B. s.r.o. company (Trencianska Turna). BK Group, a.s. (2006 - 2007) - Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation for customer from development and building industry. • Internal WBI activities: ISO 9001 (2009) – ISO 9001:2008 certification (June 2009) in Quality manager position. Certification preparation, process mapping and process changes through whole company in cooperation with external consultancy provided by MARK-CON, s.r.o company. Internal information system (2009 – now) – As a Quality manager for ISO, I was delegated to be responsible for analysis, design and implementation of new complex information system for WBI based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 integration.
