Luanne's performance as a project manager has been outstanding. She has worked as a project manager in our IT service area for many years and always brings a professional attitude and performance. She has managed numerous larger projects as as well as many smaller projects and always follows the standard PM methodologies. Luanne is very dependable and very good at tracking the tasks, risks and issues. Along with her outstanding PM skills, Luanne also performed well as a leader in our Software Support program, providing oversight for our team of 10 PMs, for all projects that were estimated at less then 200 hours, and providing executive status for those projects to our leadership team. Luanne filled multiple roles in our service area, including process champion, and Operations Management Team Lead (OMTL). In the OMTL role, she was responsible for ensuring that Steady State activities, such new accounts boarding to our service had all support items in place, Account issues were brought forward to our leadership team, yearly DOUs's for our accounts were completed, process documentation was kept up to date, etc. Our support area supports approximately 70+ accounts, and our support staff (80+) are located in 4 different countries. Luanne has been a very valued member of our team, a great team player and leader, as well as outstanding PM in our organization.
