I joined Product School in a very hectic moment of expansion and change. It would have been impossible to make sense of it all without Luana. From the start, she picked up on many loose threads, making them coherent and building an ambitious but practical content and community strategy. It's almost unbelievable that I got to learn so much in just under three months. She has been very generous and patient, sharing with the team very powerful insights into marketing and content creation and distribution. For sure, she has both the technical and interpersonal skills to be a great manager; including a particularly keen eye for assigning tasks according to ability.
