Acted as Trainer, Consultant, Journalist and Auditor with Kiva's partner microfinance institutions and microloan beneficiaries. Streamlined processes with 5 microfinance banks in Nicaragua and 2 in Southern California. Interviewed over 150 microfinance clients in rural and urban areas. Storytelling about Kiva’s impact through blogs and videos, resulting in increased engagement from Kiva lenders worldwide.
