Luan joined our group to fill the open position for overseeing our Static Key Life testing. He was able to quickly pick up that responsibility without the benefit of having any transitional hand-off from the previous engineer, nor any prior knowledge of this type of testing. Lu was able to adapt his research experience to implement significant improvements on the data analysis aspect which were very highly received not only by our internal global team , but by our customers as well. He also lead the effort within our team for creating the next generation of that testing methodology. It was a pleasure working with Lu from both a personal and professional level.

Lu and I collaborated on a major project to study tribology of materials. He is highly skilled in this field and brought a tremendous amount of knowledge and innovative thinking to the project. I learned a lot from him; he is a great teacher but also a studious listener. He is an innovative thinker who generated numerous ideas for new products and solutions. He was willing to tackle any challenge given to him and performs well on his own or in a team. It was truly a pleasure to work with him.
