Acquisition of the vibration signal using the LabVIEW software and signal processing using the MATLAB software. CAM programing and CNC machining of metallic materials (aluminium alloys). Visual assessment of tool wear. Evaluation of roughness on machined surfaces. Study of the influence of cutting parameters on tools and machined surfaces. Funding from the Gene Haas Foundation (USA).
