I had the privilege of working with Lauren in many different dynamics, including mentor, and manager. As soon as I met her I found she was a joy to work with, very positive and proactive. She emphasized working smarter and excelled at finding ways to organize and streamline processes. She also was very skilled at research, both qualitative and quantitative. She was often commended for her dynamic presentations of results as well as her seemingly innate talent of moderating. She also took the initiative to encourage and stimulate growth in those around her, attributes which led to a mentorship that was very developmental in my career. That mentorship and initiative were taken note of by many, as well as her talent in research, and led to her promotion to manage our department. There she continued find ways to propel her team forward, as well as develop new and better ways of working. She established very positive relationships with our internal and external clients, and was known for her impeccable attention to detail. She was considered an asset from upper management and was well loved by her team.

Lauren was both my manager and mentor as I navigated the workforce as a recent college grad. She gave me opportunities to truly engage in consumer research and learn what works best for my skill sets. What was most notable about Lauren was her ability to take complicated data and visualize it in a way that could be shared and understood by people from many backgrounds (e.g. sales, chemists, clients, marketing specialists). Lauren is dedicated to her work and to her people, and will always ensure that any output from her team will be of the highest quality. I was fortunate to have worked with Lauren, as she really helped me build a solid foundation for my career.
