I had the pleasure of working with Leo on an industry project at BrainStation as a data scientist. Leo is a natural leader and organized/managed the team strategically using agile principles. He has domain knowledge and skills across all disciplines that were part of the 10 person team (Data Science, Front End Development, Digital Marketing, and UX/UI Design) and communicated with each discipline accordingly understanding strengths and limitations. As a result, communicating was seamless as we created a high fidelity prototype. Leo is a brilliant UX designer, communicator, and a leader. He will add a lot of value to any team he is a part of. I look forward to working with Leo in the future as well.

I want to say that it was a pleasure having Leonid interning at CEB. When we interviewed for an analyst position, Leonid ranked second, but so impressed were we that we created a summer internship position so that he could join our team even if temporarily. Leonid added a great deal to our team and it was sad for all of us to see him go but, if a permanent position at our office opens up, Leonid will be the first one to know. So I recommend Leonid without reservation.

Starting from an early age, I developed passion for creating and performing illusions that honed my ability for empathy, human-centric experiences, and seeking feedback. Although unconventional, I believe it's quite relevant to UX Design! 🐇🎩 ✦ Incorporated psychology to develop experiences on stage and close-up settings for up to 600 people ✦ Utilized high levels of empathy to interact with audiences to create truly human-centric experiences ✦ Designed and A/B tested illusions while continuously seeking feedback to make improvements Show less

During user research, I examined how we interact with vertical surfaces at home and in outside world, building a functioning high-fidelity prototype to user-test it on the street. As a result, we identified key points throughout the user journey where they would drop off and designed improvements to user interface design. Furthermore, visual design decisions were connected to the business needs to influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations.
