I recommend JackRabbit Sports to all my orthotic patients. The store is tailored to the athletes of NYC- runners, bikers, swimmers and yoga lovers. Lee's sales-help are people who love these sports and are happy to share their personal knowledge with the customer. But for me, the best part of the store is the sneaker section in back- you can try on sneakers on their treadmills and the sales help will explain, via computer screen, why these are the best model for you. You'd be surprised how many people are running in the incorrect amount of sneaker support! JackRabbit is a great concept and has great management. I even like the store logo.

I worked with Lee on one of his leases. He is one of the most organized, detail oriented, knowledgable, honest and visionary retailers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would take him as a tenant in one of my buildings, even at a (slight) discount, any day.

Adlex created an innovative network monitoring technology that allowed large IT organizations to track the sources and sinks of bandwidth within their network, identifying choke points and giving architects better data for their network designs. I established company’s NY region, developing client relationships with Computer Associates, Citibank and Merrill Lynch. • Sales Manager – Online Learning Services
      • Jun 1997 - Sep 1998

GTE Internetworking's Professional Services group absorbed a struggling Online Learning practice area. The group was expected to shut down as projects completed. Believing there was a tremendous opportunity for GTE to create value added content, I joined the group as its Sales Manager. Within 1 year, the group had more work than it could handle. It added over 20 full time and contract staff, outgrew its available space, and went from a projected loss of $250k to a $250k profit. I developed relationships with small startups and large enterprises, including Cisco, RSA, Lucent, American Express, SK Telecom, and exceeded my sales quota by over 200%.

      • Jul 1995 - Jun 1997

GTE Internetworking (previously BBN Planet) was one of the pioneers in web server hosting. I joined as one of five employees in the web hosting group and as the lead web hosting engineer. During my tenure in the web hosting group we increased the size of the group to over 100 people, exponentially increased data center space and capacity, and standardized service offerings. In a variety of roles, I worked directly on client projects like L.L. Bean, AT&T, Boston.com, Ziff-Davis, Scudder, and numerous Dot.com startups, and proposals for dozens more including outsourcing the entire web operation for Time, Inc. I also served as Product Manager for E-Commerce, creating standard offerings ranging from enterprise solutions (Open Market) to simple startup (Cybercash).
