Recently, I have collaborated with Lowrie on a series of projects related to public health accreditation preparation and quality improvement. In all my dealings with Lowrie she has displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. I have observed Lowrie's strengths in developing project objectives, goals and timelines and following through. Keep up the good work.

I worked with Lowrie very closely with the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council. She is a self-starter who is highly motivated and detail orientated. It was a pleasure working with her to coordinate our annual conference wich reached out to 300+ individuals. She has a passion and enthusiam for health and health promotion. She would be a welcomed asset to any team.

I provided Quality Improvement support and management for two important learning collaboratives in children's health. Improving Pediatric Sepsis Outcomes (IPSO) is a large collaborative with more than 50 children's hospitals working on reducing sepsis-attributable mortality and hospital-onset sepsis. My primary roles with IPSO were: coordinate and facilitate manuscript development, provide quality improvement support for teams, and plan and execute online and in-person programming around sepsis bundle work. Pediatric Hospital Care Improvement Project (P-HIP) was a national initiative to develop and distribute measures for pediatric healthcare quality. I co-led the quality improvement collaborative to test two measures with eight children's hospitals. My primary roles were: creating programming for teams, providing technical assistance, and developing products to distribute the work.

    • Manager, CARE, Practice Transformation
      • Jan 2015 - Jun 2018

The CARE Award was a 23-million dollar four-year project funded by the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Innovation (CMMI). The overall goal of the work was to improve the care and and reduce the costs for Medicaid-covered children with medical complexity at ten children's hospitals in eight states. My work was on the care transformation team - we worked with hospitals to improve the care they provided children with medical complexity using several robust care coordination principles. I led the work of the Practice Transformation Facilitators, who helped to engage community primary care practices in the care of children. This role included a lot of data analysis and visualization. I worked with QI experts to identify areas for improvement for teams and then tracked progress and opportunities with robust dashboards. I gained a lot of experience in survey design and analysis and in chart and report development.
