Utilizing an over-arching set of guiding principles, covering the essential components required for a successful project, we deliver Epicor ERP solutions and tightly integrated companion solutions for the following industries: • Manufacturing • Aged Care • Trade Distribution As the Marketing Coordinator I am involved in all aspects of our B2B marketing strategy and execution in a supporting role. • Responsible for the development and execution of our Social Media strategy. • Responsible for the weekly reporting of our social and digital activities, tracking MQL's, webinar, lead magnet and email campaign results and trends by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. • Monitor marketing/ERP industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management weekly. • Assist in the conceptualizing and development of social and digital assets. • Assist in the development and maintenance of promotional products by liaising directly with the graphic designer and promotional suppliers (Canva Pro). • Responsible for market, trends & technology research. • Directly involved in the maintenance, development and organizing the content of the Precise Business Solutions websites (WordPress). • Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements. • Assist in the development of article topics and coordinate the outsourcing of content writing when necessary. • Assist with the maintenance of customer lists and relevant segmenting within our CRM. • Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns (manual and automated). • Assist with the deployment of webinar campaigns along with coordinating the developing of the supporting assets for webinar and digital campaigns. • I monitor and triage incoming messages on all platforms.
