  Grew and led a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and data engineers to architect, and build core products for Zeus' housing marketplace. These include ML-based recommendation engines for search, distributed pricing and availability integrations, as well as our resident reservation management product. Ensures that our engineering systems balance code quality, high-availability, scalability, infrastructure cost, and business performance. Defines metrics and engineering practices, to measure and improve on these standards. Works with other teams to proactively remove blockers and increase team velocity, as well as prioritise our engineering resources toward the highest business impact.

  Took ownership of machine learning models to predict real estate prices of prospective and current inventory, as well as piloting the first iteration of Zeus' revenue optimization model. Developed class-leading parallelized algorithms to crunch entire cities' worth of housing data every day. Also wrote the APIs that exposed the models to the front-end, and designed the interfaces for colleagues to glean actionable insights from our predictive analytics. Lastly, piloted the data foundations for geospatial analysis, which is now used widely by other members of the data team.

  Led a collective of software developers for projects. Personally focused on interaction design and backend development, but managed a wider team of frontend and hardware engineers, For instance, our race management system for the Singapore Dragon Boat Association required us to interface with race camera and communications hardware, in addition to providing a live web interface for race attendees to view results and lane draws.

  Founded and led a creative agency responsible for developing rich media advertising campaigns, both on and offline. Spearheaded user research, touchpoint strategy, and creative/media development for clients, with a focus on quantifiable marketing results. Uniquely for a small agency, Pixel Rife does all photography, post-processing, graphic design, and copywriting in-house, enabling fidelity from concept to final campaign. Our work has involved everything from a TV spot for the Singapore Police Force, to helping Ogilvy & Mather with rich media engagement on Singapore's SG50 campaign.
