  • Prepares and manages correspondences including letters, emails and minutes of meetings for proper control and record all throughout the project duration. • Identifies change/s within the Contract Agreement and prepares variation / change order request and claims including gathering of necessary supporting documentation for timely submission and/or notification to client. • Leads variation / change order management and negotiation with client to obtain settlement for identified works that were not part of the original scope with respect to time, quantity, cost and technical matters relevant to every change. • Prepares and maintains log of change orders, claims and potential claims.
