From 2016 – 2018, I was lead Change Manager for a structural reform program, consisting of 16 different projects across a large Government Department. My role was to develop a communications campaign about what the reform was going to deliver, provide the executive with a view of the cumulative impacts of the changes and facilitate collaboration across the 16 projects. In 2018, I became the Principal Organisational Change Manager for the a key Departmental Division where I lead a team of four change managers to provide a cohesive and unified approach to change management. As well as providing strategic change management planning and production of communications for all projects across the Division, my priority is to work with the executive leadership team to implement a new operating model, which combines cultural, business process and system changes. Achievements: Planned and facilitated a 12-week series of workshops to capture deliverables, changes, impacts and dependencies between 16 projects across Policy, Intelligence, ICT and Workforce Capability. Created a SharePoint site to support the transition of over 4000 staff, located worldwide, to a new processing system. Produced a suite of communication products to communicate key aspects of a new Operating Model to executive stakeholders. Facilitated regular SES forums for strategic change planning to support the office of the Deputy Secretary.
