Bio
Samantha Hall
Determined, compassionate, intelligent and hard working are the first words that come to mind when I think of Lourdes. In all of my days in the non-profit sector I have never seen a Program Director with so much drive and tenacity. During my first week working at Hope, she walked into my office with a five year plan for her music program, Music of Hope. Throughout our two years of working together, we not only achieved those goals, but surpassed them. She challenged her students and left them with a new sense of determination, and she demanded as much for her program as she did from her students. Lourdes was continuously assisting me with grants, seeking out partnerships and expanding her curriculum through class trips and in-class experiences. Like clockwork, we began to see our Music of Hope students' grades improve and attendance increase. If you are lucky enough to have Lourdes working with you, treat her well and let her dream. You will not be disappointed!
