Big brother big sister program is an internationally renowned youth mentoring program. My role involves implementing the program in both the school and community setting. it is a varied role involving the recruitment, processing and training of volunteers, processing young people for the program and working with a variety of agencies. once 'matched' my role becomes one of supervision and support The role requires skills in PR for example writing articles, social media and information stands/evening. other skills include IT, communication, time management, report writing and organisation.
