Even after a couple of years, Louise Lindberg stands out in my mind for excelling in the job and exceeding all of our expectations. She distinguished herself by her initiative, perseverance, and confidence in accepting new challenges. She promoted our brand by her marketing. With her English fluency and professionalism, she wrote event invitations and newsletters; she even wrote national newspaper articles in perfect English. As webmaster, she significantly improved its appearance and relevance. She planned and produced many events (business events, social occasions, seminars and conferences). In her first week she teamed with us to produce a stunning awards banquet and ball. After helping all day to set up the site, she directed the program for that evening! Later she created our annual Lucia Lunch. She soon took over both budgeting and accounting for the Chamber, effectively becoming our Executive Director. She helped recruit and train her successors, insuring a smooth transition. I commend Louise to you most highly. She is both efficient and effective—she sees what must be done and how to do it well.
