As a technical software/strategy architect for the group, I have had the pleasure of working with Louise for the past 1.5 years. Louise is always helpful and attends to every issue given to her in a timely manner. In addition to managing development tools and software stack for a multi-site team (Atlassian, and a host of other software tools), was part of the team in architecture/deployment of a global strategy for the software infrastructure for the team. She was also proactive and helpful in dealing with such issues as vendor selection, managing contracts, managing tasks that required work/co-operation from other global groups in a timely and effective manner. With such a small team compared to the work we had, we would not have accomplished half of what we did without Louise.

Over the last year and a half, I have had the privilege of managing Louise Wong in her role as a Lead Program Manager at Smart Machines, Samsung's automotive software group in San Jose. She has been a valuable member of the Development Operations, contributing by managing, implementing and supporting a comprehensive suite of developer services. Her work has also involved deployment and support of foundation services and compute, networking and storage infrastructure. She has developed acceptance tests with key developers in Korea, Germany, Israel and the US and with software vendors and infrastructure providers worldwide. Louise brings what it takes, and I am grateful for her vigilant work.
