  I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to create and implement the family program at Riverside Recovery Tampa in August, 2018. Our Family Program combines education and support to families who have been afflicted with addiction. Families are encouraged to continue attending the family groups even after their love ones return home. We found this to be crucial during their transitioning from residential treatment and during the integration period home. I have been working with individuals in a residential setting for the past 30 years and recently opened my practice to continue my work in an out patient setting. Continuing treatment is essential to one's recovery. Therefore Hyde Park Counseling Center also offers aftercare group. Family and couple counseling is available.
