As part of our Reasonable Adjustments consultancy team I conduct Technical Workplace Assessments for our clients. These outline problematic areas and highlight support options which include assistive technology, coping strategies and adjustments employers can put in place to help support employees with disabilities.I also provide advice to employers and HR staff on Equality and Diversity, Disability Legislation and Reasonable Adjustments.   As part of our team of Account Managers I help manage our clients accounts, ensuring our clients are well looked after and any requirements, problems and procedures are dealt with in a timely manner. Being part of a small but close team we work together to give our clients our personal attention and a high quality of service.

  I was appointed Co. Secretary in 1995 at which time we provided I.T and Networking installations and maintenance. My roles at this time included purchasing, accounting and customer service.In 2000 I managed a small team as we started branching out into the Assistive Technology and Disability Support sector - at this time our subsidiary company Concept Northern was founded.I have since helped our company grow to providing our products and services throughout the U.K
