Resolves individual employee relations issues and those related to payroll and/or time accruals. Serves as the first and final point of contact for employee HR data issues with the VP of HR’s concurrence. Independently prepares, coordinates and runs routine and special reports; compiles data on areas such as staffing levels, employee demographic and composition information, consultants, hiring and turnover data, historical reporting, EEO/AA reporting and other regulatory compliance requirements covering the various functional areas. Determines that accurate prerequisite conditions have been satisfied for New Hires, Transfers and Promotions (any & all HR related documents). Responsible for the timekeeping records for the entire company relating to bi-weekly payroll. Ensures that payroll will transfer. Major independent contributor in the on-going support to HRIS projects and other software applications, including set-up, problem-solving, preparing and testing new releases and implementation of software upgrades. Assists various HR functional areas in support of enhanced systems capabilities and data tracking and communications.
